The Drop: To Be Young Again
To Be Young Again drops July 9th @ 13:37 ET — Click Here

This drop explores the theme of youth through a colorful and summery aesthetic. It’s inspired by summer vacations as a child, endless hours of playing on handheld games consoles and watching movies. As children, we are full of hope, imagination and creativity that so often recesses as we grow into adults. I think it’s important to hold onto these values and be young at heart.

4 of the 8 total drops will give the owners access to a private storefront hosted by Dcent to purchase physical prints of their respective NFTs. Visit

Talking with Nathan Head

What first got you into NFT art?
I found out about NFTs through a tweet from one of the Zora devs back in August 2020. I had done a drop with Zora just a month before, so I have a vague idea of cryptocurrency. I first started dropping on Rarible in September, it was a really remarkable first day! I knew this was something that I wanted to do, I found the whole space extremely exciting.

How did you initially hear about MEME?
The first time I actually ever heard of $MEME was through Decentraland. I happened to come across the HQ there and found it very intriguing. Later down the line my good friend Dutchtide did a drop with $MEME, and I took this opportunity to delve deeper into $MEME.

What excites you about NFTs and/or DeFi?
The relationship between creators and collectors is a treasure for sure. To be able to connect with so many wonderful and kind people who enjoy my work, it’s a real blessing. That’s what really excites me most about the space, it’s a real opportunity to create relationships and superb dialogue between creators and collectors. It gives me a sense of belonging that I have long yearned for!

Where will NFT art be in 3 years?
Who knows! That’s one thing I find really fascinating about the space, is the unpredictability of it all! I do hope the NFT space continues to grow. I really hope three years down the line I am still doing what I love, I am having the time of my life creating and collecting NFTs.

What’s next for you as a digital artist?
I have a few very exciting curated drops coming in the next few months that I am working on! I am also looking into ways I can create NFTs that will help raise money for charities too, to continue the charity work that I started last year! I am hoping that next year I will be able to travel to South Korea and Japan, where I will be able to create new artworks to share with my collectors!

Describe Creative Process — Anything special here? Anything you’d like readers to know about you as an artist?
I take the majority of my photographs with my iPhone. I love it because it means wherever I go, I always have a camera ready to take photos! A lot of my photos are not planned, if I see something I like then I’ll capture it. Another great thing about the iPhone is the fact it’s waterproof, the majority of my ocean photos are taken when I am swimming in the ocean! It allows me to get up close and personally with the water and waves, it’s super fun!
